> Speed up Windows Start Up by deleting out the softwares you dont utilize at start-up. For those who use Windows 98, you can do this by means of Start menu and clicking Run. Type in MSConfig.exe and hit OK button select the Start up tab then unmark the applications you choose to discontinueduring the startup. You see, you may be able to speed start up Windows if you cut down the programs and applications that your computer needs to run.
> Defragment also helps to speed up your PC. Find the defrag option under your System Tools menu from the Accessories or Start Tab. Make sure that you dedicate a time for defragging. Using different software while on defrag confines the process itself.
> Choosing to install your programs would be best if you always experience errors. Run a virus scan before you back up all of your important files In addition, make sure that you have a back up copy of your harware drives before erasing files from your hard drvies Installing again your application takes at least an hour or so
> Removing programs that you do not use. Applications, even if you are using them or not, eat up space in your hard disk. If you arent utilizing them, then is there still a need to keep them?
